Vesamicol
Vesamicol is an experimental drug, acting presynaptically by inhibiting acetylcholine (ACh) uptake into synaptic vesicles and reducing its release. Vesamicol may have applications in BAC therapy. It has been described as a hydroxylated phencyclidine regioisomer.
