Verschaffeltia
Verschaffeltia splendida is a species of flowering plant in the Arecaceae family. It is the only species in the genus Verschaffeltia.
It is found only in Seychelles where it is threatened by habitat loss.
The name comes from the Belgian Ambroise Verschaffelt.
