Verneřice (German Wernstadt) is a town in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of , and has a population of 1,088 (as at 28 August 2006).
Verneřice lies approximately south-east of Děčín, east of Ústí nad Labem, and north of Prague.
