Vennicode is a Village in the Thiruvananthapuram District State of Kerala in India.Vettoor,Vakkom and Cherunniyoor are the Neighbouring Panchayat.The Nearest Towns are Varkala, Kadakkavoor and Attingal .The Village is Situated Midway between Vettoor -Vakkom Road . It is about 1.5 km off the Varkala-Cherunniyoor-Mananakku-Attingal road. The Nearest Railway Station is Akathumuri Railway Station and Airport is Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.
The village has seen an influx of wealth (for example, illustrated by the construction of fancy houses) as a result of the remittances of migrant workers in the Gulf.
