Vacasa is a vacation rental property management company based in Portland, Oregon. It provides property management services for over 3,500 vacation rentals in the United States, Europe, Central and South America. In the United States, Vacasa manages properties in fourteen states: Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Vermont, Texas, Maine, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Hawaii.

The company has been recognized for its advanced rate algorithms, and unconventional personnel selection. Its chief strategy officer once asked a round of marketing applicants to design sales flyers, rather than résumés, detailing why they would be the best candidates for the job.

Eric Breon is Vacasa's founder and CEO and Cliff Johnson is the company's co-founder and Chief Development Officer.
