UNITER or Uniter (abbreviation of Uniunea Teatrală din România, the Theater Union of Romania) is a Romanian organization, created as a professional association of theater employees. It awards the annual UNITER Prize for contributions in theater.

The association was created in February 1990, after the Romanian Revolution of 1989, being the first autonomous association of its kind in the country. UNITER publishes a bulletin as part of the magazine Teatrul Azi.
