Ulkowy is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pszczółki, within Gdańsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately west of Pszczółki, south of Pruszcz Gdański, and south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
