What is "ulakhan-mungku"

Ulakhan-Mungku is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Ulakhan-Mungkunsky Rural Okrug of Olyokminsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located from Olyokminsk, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 394, of whom 209 were male and 185 female, down from 423 as recorded during the 2002 Census.
