What is "uctv"

UCTV is a student television station run entirely by undergraduate students on the Storrs campus at the University of Connecticut's "Huskyvision" cable system. UCTV can be seen on channel 14 on the UConn campus. UCTV offers its members hands on experience in the broadcast and entertainment industry, including practical experience in broadcast news, sports, entertainment, advertising, marketing, finance and studio operations.

UCTV is an acronym used for three university television channels:

• UCTV (University of California), Educational-access television satellite educational channel owned by the University of California system
• UCTV (University of Connecticut), Student television station at the University of Connecticut
• UCTV (Ursinus College), cable TV at Ursinus College
• UCTV (University College Utrecht), student television channel at University College Utrecht
• Canal 13 (Chile), Chilean terrestrial television channel, officially Corporación de Televisión de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UCTV)
• Undercurrents (TV series)

"UCTV" may also represent United Community Television, a local Public-access television cable TV channel in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia(1)
