Typhoean \Ty*pho"["e]*an\, a. [L. Typhoius, from Typhoeus, Gr. ?, ?.] Of or pertaining to Typhoeus (t[-i]*f[=o]"[=u]s), the fabled giant of Greek mythology, having a hundred heads; resembling Typhoeus.
