Tworkowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ciechanowiec, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It lies approximately south of Ciechanowiec, south of Wysokie Mazowieckie, and south-west of the regional capital Białystok.
