The Tuspark or Tsinghua University Science Park, Tuspark Holding Limited is a Chinese high-tech company which builds business parks. It has buildings in Zhongguancun of Beijing, in Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu and in Nanjing. It has 30 branches all around China. About 400 companies and 25000 employees are working in Tuspark.

More than 200 companies are local ventures, like Viador, Achivo, Visionox, Hansky with lots of different science fields. For example, they have incubation Systems: Bio and Life Science, Software, IC Design, Digital TV, 3G Mobile Communication. In Beijing Microsoft, Sohu, Google Beijing, Sun Microsystems, msn.cn, Schlumberger, P&G, Toyota, NEC belong to the Tsinghua University Science Park. Google Beijing had 1200 square meters first, later the company extended it to 13888 square meters, 350 employees were working for the Google Beijing in 2007. In 2006 the total park had 690,000 square meters with 20 buildings there.

The TusPark's founder and President is Mei Meng, the senior vice-president is Chen Hongbo, who is the vice-dean of the Tsinghua University. The Tuspark's CEO is Xu Jinghong. Tuspark, which is an abbreviation of the Tsinghua University Science Park, was set up in 1994, the first building, the TusPark Development Center was built in 1998.

Tuspark Nanjing or Tsinghua University Science Park Nanjing (Tuspark (Nanjing) Development Co. Ltd.) is a Chinese high-tech office park next to the Nine Dragon Lake, between Nanjing CBD and Nanjing Airport in Jiangning District of Nanjing, China. It is the Nanjing Branch of TusPark, the world's largest university science and technology park.

Tuspark has 30 branches all around China. About 400 companies and 25,000 employees work in Tuspark complexes. The most famous is the Tsinghua Science Park, which is next to the Tsinghua University. In Nanjing, Tuspark owns three office areas with a total space of 233.000m². The total investment is 1 billion RMB. The green ratio of the Tuspark Nanjing green is 3.4 / 35.08%. 80% of the offices has lake view. The workers and researchers deal with equipment manufacturing, software and outsourcing, animation, new energy, and bio-medicine. The coupling of industry and research centers creates an innovative platform for industrial developments. The Jiangning Development Zone is one of the most innovative area in the Yangtze River Delta.

The Nanjing Science and Technology Park's opening ceremony was held near the Jiulong Lake with the Jiangsu Provincial Standing Committee and TusPark founder and president Mei Meng, TusPark CEO Xu Jinghong, party secretary Zhu Shanlu, Kang KeJun, Shi ZongKai, Rong Yonglin, Wang Yonghong, Li Qi, Bai Peng, Lu Jiechao, Yang Yulin were in attendance.

The Tuspark Shanghai ( Chinese: 清华科技园(上海)) or Shanghai Multimedia Valley (SMV), Tsinghua University Science Park is a Chinese high-tech company which builds business parks. It is located in Zhabei District of Shanghai, among Gonghe New Road, Pengyuepu River, Guangzhong West Road and Lingshi Road. The SMV was established in the August 2002.
