Turn Back is an EP released by The Pillows on June 23, 2004. It contains re-recordings of song originally published between 1990 and 1996 and was part of the band's 15th anniversary releases. The cover art is based on the folktale by the Brothers Grimm Town Musicians of Bremen

Turn Back is the third studio album by the American rock group Toto. Although it achieved the band's first top-ten hit and steady sales in Japan, the album was a commercial disappointment elsewhere, failing to produce any charting singles and selling approximately 900,000 copies worldwide.

The group nearly lost their recording contract with Columbia Records but rebounded with 1982's Toto IV.

"Turn Back" is a song by English rapper of Greek Cypriot descent K Koke, featuring vocals from British singer Maverick Sabre. The track was released on 23 November 2012 as a digital download in the United Kingdom. The song was released as the lead single from his upcoming debut studio album I Ain't Perfect (2013). It has peaked to number 70 on the UK Singles Chart and number 7 on the UK R&B Chart.
