Tuczno

Tuczno is a town in Wałcz County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship in northwestern Poland, with 2,014 inhabitants (2004).

Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany. For more on its history, see Wałcz County.

It is the home of the restored Tuczno Castle, which is a popular place for conferences.

In Tuczno there is the first street in Poland named Michael Jackson Street (1-2.08.2009).
