What is "troopergate"

Troopergate is the popular name for a purported political scandal of the 1990s in which several Arkansas State Troopers claimed they had arranged sexual liaisons for Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton and had helped deceive his wife, First Lady of Arkansas Hillary Rodham Clinton.
