Triphala
Triphala ( or ; Hindi/ Sanskrit: त्रिफला, triphalā , “three fruits”) is an Ayurvedic herbal rasayana formula consisting of equal parts of three myrobalans, taken without seed: Amalaki ( Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki ( Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula).
