Wikipedia Trichophassus Trichophassus is a monotypic moth genus of the family Hepialidae. The only described species is Trichophassus giganteus which is endemic to Brazil. The larva of this species has been recorded feeding on Adenocalymna, Eucalyptus, Ipomoea and Solanum.
