Transformatix
The Transformatix was a new wave band based in Boston, Massachusetts, which were around between 1981-1984. It was formed by Dave Newton, a musician and student who had just moved to Boston from New York to attend The Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University downtown on Beacon Hill. The band played original very fast-upbeat punk/new wave music, with heavy repeating melodic hooks and strong 3-part harmonies.
