Traklogg

Traklogg is an Automatic Mileage Recording Solution that enables users to track and manage mileage information for reimbursement, reporting and tax purposes.

Atlanta-based Traklogg was founded in 2008 by Bryan Green to develop a system that could easily track and report on the vehicle mileage of anyone who uses his or her vehicle to make a living.

Real estate agents, small business owners and others who have traditionally kept track of mileage manually use the Traklogg solution to track, manage and protect their mileage data.

The Traklogg Solution combines three distinct components (the Traklogg device itself, the Traklogg Dashboard Manager and Traklogg MyTrips) that allow users to quickly and effortlessly create detailed mileage reports.

The Traklogg device, which is smaller than a typical garage door opener (1.83 x 2.84 x .79 in.), can be carried in the car or on the user and automatically stores information regarding the user’s daily travel. The device holds more than 100 hours of mileage data and operates for more than 20 hours between charges.

By connecting the device to a PC, the mileage data is loaded into the intrinsic Traklogg Dashboard Manager. This software, which users install on their computers, creates customized reports based on mileage and start/stop times, calculates mileage reimbursement totals and displays trips via Google Earth.

The Traklogg Solution also includes a secure, password-protected portion of the Traklogg Website called Traklogg MyTrips. Traklogg MyTrips enhances the user experience by providing real-time address conversion, the ability to store and backup mileage reports and anytime access via an Internet connection.
