What is "torrentlocker"

TorrentLocker is classified as a type of file-encrypting ransomware that is on the rise to target all versions of Windows. This type of Ransomware was first observed in February 2014 while it was released at the end of August 2014. It came up with at least five of its major releases by December 2014. TorrentLocker encrypts the victim's files by implementing a symmetric block cipher AES, while it encrypts the AES key using an asymmetric cipher RSA.
