Tocoman is a Finnish software company specialized in building information model (BIM) or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) based quantity take-off, scheduling, and cost estimating. Tocoman was founded in 1989 by Mr. Esko Enkovaara and is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Today, the company is owned by Mr. Esko Enkovaara, key personnel, and Tekla.

Tocoman was the first company to offer a commercial product for integrating a building information model and an estimating software. Currently it is widely used especially in Finland and Scandinavia, which have been the global pioneers for BIM deployment and utilization. The software has been used in over 500 construction projects, across 10 countries and 3 continents.
