TickPick is an online marketplace for events tickets that was founded in 2011 by Brett Goldberg and Chris O'Brien. TickPick is based in New York, New York and allows users to bid on tickets. In 2012, TickPick raised $250,000 in seed funding and added features to rank tickets based on price and seat quality, giving each ticket listing a grade from A+ to F. TickPick allows users to adjust this ranking based on a user's personal preferences. TickPick's low fees have been mentioned by several media outlets. In 2012, TickPick won the Industry Innovation Award from annual industry conference Ticket Summit. TickPick has a few major competitors. These competitors include StubHub, TicketsNow, and SeatGeek.
