TESCAN
TESCAN, a.s. is a Czech Republic company founded in 1991 by several R&D and service engineers from a former and now non-existing company, Tesla Brno. Its headquarters is located in Brno, Czech Republic, moreover Brno is considered as traditional city where electron microscopy was and now still is located.
TESCAN's line of products is mainly focused on scanning electron microscopes from a wide range of thermal emission systems, LaB systems, and field emission systems to dual beam systems.
