Tarqumiyah
Tarqumiyah is a Palestinian town located twelve kilometers northwest of Hebron.The town is in the Hebron Governorate Southern West Bank. Since the Six-Day War in 1967, the town has been under Israeli occupation. The population in the 1967 census conducted by the Israeli authorities was 2,412. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of over 14,357 in 2007.
