Tampines (, ), also known as either Tampines New Town or Tampines Town, is a planning area and residential town located in the East Region of Singapore. Bordered by Bedok, Paya Lebar, Pasir Ris and Changi, the town is the third largest new town in Singapore by area, covering over 2089 hectares of land and also the third most populated new town, following Bedok and Jurong West and is the regional centre for the East Region.

Tampines is an urban planning area and residential town located in the eastern part of Singapore
