Tambongan is a village on the island of Samar in The Philippines.
Tambongan is a place which leaders from Pagsang-han, Santa Margarita and Gandera meets, this is the best place in terms of distances to the said pueblos or towns. "Tambongan" means "Gathering" or "Attending".
