Taika may refer to:

• Taika (era) (大化), Japanese era name for years spanning 645 through 650
• Taika reform (大化の改新, Taika no Kaishin), promulgated in the name of Emperor Kōtoku during the Taika era, this comprehensive "reform" was a top-down reorganization of Japanese society, government, land, and laws
• Taika is also a title of rank in some martial arts, such as kendo and ryu-te.
