Surbed
Surbed \Sur*bed"\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Surbedded; p. pr. & vb. n. Surbedding.] [Pref. sur- + bed.] To set edgewise, as a stone; that is, to set it in a position different from that which it had in the quarry.

horizon, and therefore should not be surbedded.
