Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd was founded in 1997 and is based in Hefei, China. The company was founded by Mr Renxian Cao, and is now Asia’s largest inverter manufacturer – with over 40% market share in China in 2010. The company is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and was listed by Forbes as one of the fastest growing SMEs with a growth rate of 144.2% from 2008-2010. In February 2012, Photon International tested the Sun Access 15KW inverter, and It received two A grades. Sungrow’s 4KW inverter received two B grades from Photon International when tested in 2011.
