What is "straighterline"

StraighterLine is a U.S. educational company that offers low-price, online higher education courses that are equivalent to general courses required for a bachelor's degree. The American Council On Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and recommended college credit for StraighterLine courses. The company is itself unaccredited, but has partnerships with a number of accredited colleges and universities that accept its courses for credit.
