"Spit It Out" is a song by American metal band Slipknot, the song is released as the second single from their debut self-titled album.
Spit It Out is an Australian children-oriented game show hosted by Elliot Spencer. The series premiered on 4 October 2010, in an afternoon time-slot, replacing It's Academic after its series 12 finale. Spit it out was originally invented by Alan Curtis as a board Game. This game was then further developed by Grant Rule and Alan Curtis into a Television game show.

'Spit It Out' was released in 2006 and was the first single to be taken from IAMX's second studio album The Alternative. A promo single which also featured album track 'President' was released soon after. It was re-released in 2008 in the US by Metropolis Records and in the UK by Fiction / NoCarbon / Genepool.
