Simshill
Simshill is a district in the Scottish city of Glasgow. It is situated south of the River Clyde. Former residents include Sir Alex Ferguson and Carol Smillie. It is next to the beautiful Linn Park.
It is situated in between Cathcart and King's Park and is only a short walk away from Hampden Park.
There are three schools in Simshill. One secondary school (Kings Park) and two primary schools (St Fillans and St Mirins).
A fourth non denominational primary school (Simshill Primary) was demolished as numbers fell.
