Sillod is a major city and municipal council in the Aurangabad District of the Indian state of Maharashtra with an average elevation of . ABDUL SATTAR is member assembly from the constituency and also cabinet minister for animal husbandry.In 2009 Abdul Sattar won the elections with the margin of about 30,000 votes.
