Siaspiqa (Si'aspiqo) was a Kushite King of Meroe in 487–468 BC.

Siaspiqa was the successor of Amaniastabarqa and was in turn succeeded by Nasakhma.
Siaspiqa is known from a granite stela and a libation jar, which is now in the Meroe Museum in Khartoum. A shawabti and a heart scarab belonging to Siaspiqa have been discovered as well.
An offering table discovered in Nuri lists his name and title; it is now in the Meroe Museum in Khartoum.
