What is "shikabala"

Mahmoud Abdel Razek Fadlallah ( ; born 5 March 1986), commonly known as Shikabala is an Egyptian footballer who currently plays for Egyptian club Zamalek SC. Growing through the youth ranks of Zamalek, he served the Egyptian club for many years and is considered to be one of the greatest players to play for the club. He previously had a two-year stint with PAOK. He predominantly plays as a right-winger but can play as a central attacking midfielder and as a left winger.
