The company has raised $12 million from private investors. It serves over 1,100 customers worldwide and partners with McAfee, Cisco, Juniper Networks, and Citrix. In 2013, Gartner, a technology research firm, included SecureAuth in its Magic Quadrant for User Authentication market assessment and also in the MarketScope for Web Access Management.
