Satharam is a small village located in Mallapur Mandal, Karimnagar District, Andhra Pradesh, India. Satharam is close to business towns like Korutla and Metpalli. Satharam has a population of about 3000 people.
It is the only village in Mallapur mandal which has the highest literacy contribution.
