Sapiehów is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sosnówka, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies approximately north of Sosnówka, south-east of Biała Podlaska, and north-east of the regional capital Lublin.
