Sanam (dance)

Sanam, or senem, also written as sainaimu in Chinese, is an ethnic music and dance widespread among the Uyghur people in the Chinese autonomous region of Xinjiang. It is commonly performed during weddings, festive occasions, and parties. The music normally starts slowly and gradually becomes faster, upon which the dances also become more vivid, especially at the end.

Sanam (film)

Sanam is a 1997 Hindi drama film directed and produced by Aziz Sejawal. While written by Anees Bazmee, it starred Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala, Vivek Mushran, Anupam Kher, Dalip Tahil, Kader Khan, Anjan Srivastav, Gulshan Grover and Shakti Kapoor. The music, composed by Anand-Milind, was the biggest strengths of this film.

Sanam (band)

'SANAM', earlier known as 'SQS Supastars' , is an Indian Pop Band based in Mumbai. The group consists of Sanam Puri (lead vocals), Samar Puri (lead Guitar and vocals), Venky S (Bass Guitar and vocals) and Keshav Dhanraj (Drums). The band became an instant hit amongst Indian teenagers with Hawa Hawa, Behka and Teri Aankhon Se as their lead songs. The band changed their name to 'Sanam' in 2014 and started uploading their renditions and compositions on their official YouTube channel SANAM.

Sanam (1951 film)

Sanam is a 1951 Bollywood romantic film directed by Nandlal Jaswantlal. It starred Dev Anand, and his co-star was Suraiya, who also recorded the playback singing for the film. Meena Kumari acted in the film in a supporting role, where she played sister to lead hero Dev Anand.

It is written by Haseeb Hassan's wife Mona Haseeb .It also stars Maya Ali and Osman Khalid Butt in their fourth on-screen appearance as a lead couple with Hareem Farooq, Emmad Irfani and Hina Khawaja Bayat and Abid Ali as a guest star.
