Saillat-sur-Vienne (; , , locally: ) is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region in west-central France. Because of how the town's name is pronounced in its native tongue: , Saillat was formerly known as Chaillac.
Inhabitants are known as Saillatais.
