Rurkee (Rurki) ਰੁੜਕੀ is a village in Jalandhar district in Punjab, India. This village has two sides Dhad Rurkee and Khaire da passa. The major caste in Rurkee is Jatt although there are many Tarkhans in the village. Most people belong to the last name Kooner. The vast majority of this village belongs to the Sikh religion, the minority are Hindus.

Rurkee has a water tank which supplies water to not just Rurkee but many other villages. Rurkee also has its own bus stop which people from neighbouring villages come to.
