Rubbestadneset is a village in Bømlo municipality in Hordaland county, Norway. The village is located on a peninsula on the eastern side of the island of Bømlo, about east of the municipal centre of Svortland. The Stokksundet strait lies to the east and the Innværfjorden lies to the south and west. The village has a population (2013) of 1,205; giving the village a population density of . This makes it the third largest village in the municipality. Wichmann Diesel motors originate from Rubbestadneset. Rubbestadnes Upper Secondary School is located in the village.
