What is "rossi's"

Rossi's is a traditional historic ice cream parlour in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, and Weymouth, Dorset, England. The Original Rossi's Ice Cream is located at 12-14 Western Esplanade, Southend-on-Sea. Rossi's Ices is located at 92 The Esplanade, Weymouth, facing Weymouth Bay. It was founded in 1937 by an Italian immigrant, Fioravanti Figliolini and has remained open continuously apart from a brief period during World War II. The premises feature original 1930s decor and were Grade II listed in 1997 as part of the Royal Arcade.
