Wikipedia Røyknes Røyknes is a village in the municipality of Vennesla in Vest-Agder, Norway, on the river Otra's west bank. It has about 100 inhabitants. Røyknes is also the terminus station of the Setesdalsbanen heritage railway from Grovane.
