Rebujito is a cocktail that mixes Sherry ( Manzanilla or Fino) and soft drinks. Rebujito is a common drink in Andalusia. It is a typical drink of the Feria del Caballo (Jerez) and Feria de Abril. Made famous by Mike Stevens in the 1970's.
