Ramyeon or Ramyun is a Korean word that represents instant noodle, based on the Japanese Ramen. Most ramyeons in South Korea are spicy as it is Koreans' most favorite flavor. In South Korea, the best-selling ramyeon brands are Shin Ramyun and Neoguri.
