Rajupothepalli Panchayat includes Gollagudem, Guddlapalli village (Gulapalle Village - incorrect). Most of the people are from different communities like Kamma, Golla (BC), Madiga (SC), and Mala (SC).
The main temples are lord Siva, Sriram and Saibaba.
Most of the people depend on agriculture, and the major crops are maize, sunflowers, oil palms, paddies, peanuts and mangoes.
In Guddlapalli village there is one 33KVA substation and a rice mill.
