Radicant
Radicant \Rad"i*cant\ (r[a^]d"[i^]*kant), a. [L. radicans, p. pr.: cf. F. radicant. See Radicate, a.] (Bot.) Taking root on, or above, the ground; rooting from the stem, as the trumpet creeper and the ivy.
