Rączyna (, Ranchyna) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kańczuga, within Przeworsk County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately south of Kańczuga, south of Przeworsk, and east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The village has an approximate population of 1,000.
