QLess is an USA company headquartered Pasadena, CA that produces a software-as-a-service solution to eliminate lines. The queue management system allows customers to wait in a virtual line rather than a physical line. Upon joining the virtual line, customers receive an SMS text, voice call, app notification, and/or audio-visual notification as they approach the front of the line. This is known as Mobile Queuing.
